Terms and Conditions (TaC)

The Site concerning ‘Bernaerts’ Guide to the UN Convention on the Law of the Sea) and the material it contains is protected by German and international copyright law. Owner address is given below.

No copy shall be made, used, distributed in any way, except to download one copy for your personal, non-commercial home use only, provided you keep intact all copyright and proprietary notices, whereby this (downloading) applies only, as far as no prior permission is required for certain texts and multimedia-data.
